Welcome to the Friends of the Six Mile Cypress Slough Preserve Photo Contest, a celebration of our precious natural sanctuary's breathtaking beauty and diversity. Through your camera's lens, we invite you to capture the essence of the native flora and fauna that call this preserve home. Embrace the challenge and share your artistic vision as we join together to preserve, protect, and honor this natural jewel through the art of photography.
The contest is open to all amateur photographers. The registration and submission deadline is January 31, 2025. All winning photographs will be displayed at the Slough Interpretive Center.
Basic guidelines for submissions:
