We're embarking on an exciting journey to transform our beloved but aged nature exhibit into the state-of-the-art Discovery Zone. This dynamic, interactive space brings the wonders of the Slough world to life.
After 16 years of inspiring visitors, our current exhibit is ready for a bold reimagining to meet today's and tomorrow's needs. With a $600,000 fundraising goal, we aim to create a space that integrates:

Why Now?

Why Us?
We've partnered with the renowned exhibit designers at 1220, based in Nashville, Tennessee. Their impressive portfolio includes the Audubon Aquarium and Insectarium in New Orleans, the National Civil Rights Museum in Memphis, the National WWII Museum, Liberation Pavilion in New Orleans, and the Conservancy of Southwest Florida's brand-new exhibit in Naples. Together, we'll create an unforgettable experience that sets a new standard for nature exhibits.
